- Enterprise Software Licenses: Software products (such as School ERP, WorkFlow ERP, Hospital Management, CRM) are licensed, not sold. License grants are subject to specific commercial terms and SLA agreements.
3. Course Enrollments, Payments & Refunds
All payments made via our secure payment gateway (Razorpay) are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) or applicable international currencies.
- Registration & Batch Allocation: Upon successful transaction confirmation, students are enrolled in their selected cohort and provided with necessary workspace access.
- Refund Policy: Due to immediate access to proprietary curriculum and live mentor time, enrollment fees for live bootcamps and digital materials are non-refundable after the first cohort session. In exceptional circumstances, credit toward a future cohort may be approved by administration.
4. Enterprise Software Licensing & SLA
Enterprise SaaS subscriptions and on-premise deployments are governed by our master service agreements:
- Standard enterprise tier guarantees 99.9% application uptime for hosted cloud instances.
- Reverse engineering, unauthorized decompilation, or sub-licensing of proprietary ERP modules is strictly prohibited.
5. Third-Party Advertisements & External Links
The site may contain links to third-party websites, as well as advertisements served by Google AdSense and affiliate partners. Such third-party links and advertisements are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy by us.
